Download our The Works package form, make your choices, then fax, phone or email you custom grocery package to us. You groceries will be delivered and put away before you arrive at your vacation home.

When filling out the form, either choose single items using the check boxes, or use the space at the front of the item to indicate more than one. For example, you can make two selections in the MILK category. You could choose to write in a 2 for two of the same item, or, check off two different items in the check boxes.
